A St. Catharines woman has won big with Encore.
Dona Kretz bought her $100,000 Lotto 6/49 ticket at Petro Canada on Niagara Street in St. Catharines.
The 70-year-old says she can't believe it.
She wants to treat herself, and will use her winnings to renovate and buy new furniture for her home.
