No other Niagara municipalities made the list
St. Catharines has been rated one of the most family-friendly places to live in Canada.
A list posted on the website Clever Canadian, has ranked the top 51 family friendly cities in Canada.
The Garden City ranked 33 on the list.
St. Catharines was given high marks for services, job opportunities, public transit and friendliness.
"it's an ideal place for families," says the writers of the list.
Cities were ranked based on a number of factors, including population, the number of families with kids, the unemployment rate, and average monthly household income.
Quebec City came in first, with Ottawa and Calgary rounding out the top three.
No other municipality in Niagara was listed.
