Roger Chouinard won big in the August 12th draw after he matched six of the seven Encore numbers in exact order.
The 49-year-old is thinking about buying a new vehicle, some new furniture and travelling once it's safe to do so.
He bought his golden ticket at the Foodland in Cayuga.
