Mat Siscoe moving to regional council
Mat Siscoe will take the place of the late Sandi Bellows on Niagara Regional Council.
Council making the decision last night to send the St. Paul High School teacher to the region.
Robin McPherson who came in third in the last municipal election will be asked to step in to fill Siscoe's place.
