Smithville Man Wins Lotto Jackpot

Patrick Deptuck of Smithville has won $298,620.90, thanks to Lightning Lotto Jackpot.

A man from Smithville has won over $298,000.

Patrick Deptuck won big with the Lightning Lotto jackpot on August 21st.

The retiree says this is his first major win.

"I was at the store when I found out I won and I was very happy," he shared while picking up his winnings."

He says he'll use the money towards home renovations.

According to the OLG, the winning ticket was bought at Avondale on Brock Street in Smithville.
