Project Share is asking for your help to send kids back to school in the fall.
The charity is planning now in order to help Niagara Falls children living below the poverty line get all the supplies they need for school in September.
In the past, the organization helped about 300 kids per year, but over the past year, more than 600 families and 1,400 eligible children accessed Project Share's services for the first time.
Due to the pandemic, demand is higher and there aren't any late donations left over from previous years to kick off this year's program.
Items most needed include lunch bags, backpacks, gift cards for sneakers, pencil crayons and nut-free school snacks.

Items will be distributed on August 18th to children registered in the program.
