Trudeau expected to offer increase during today's meeting in Ottawa
There will be a health care meeting today in Ottawa between the prime minister and Canada's premiers, including Premier Ford of Ontario.
Justin Trudeau is to offer the provinces a ``significant'' increase to the Canada Health Transfer and additional money if they agree to one-on-one deals targeting specific problem areas in health care.
One government official says Trudeau will lay out a 10-year offer.
