Positive COVID-19 Case at Lincoln Centennial Public School

The DSBN reports that a person at Lincoln Centennial Public School has tested positive for COVID-19.

Officials say that staff members and students who had close contact with the infected person are being contacted, and are advised to self-isolate at home.

It is unknown if the person in question is a student or a staff member.

A thorough cleaning of the school is being conducted.

The DSBN reports that the school has been following COVID-19 safety measures since the beginning of the school year, including wearing PPE, maintaining hand hygiene, and social distancing.
