You should stay away from the Sugarloaf Street and Elm Street intersection in Port Colborne.
The area is closed for railroad construction but it should reopen after Friday.
Detour signs have been posted in the area.
You can still access Sugarloaf Marina, H.H. Knoll Lakeview Park and Don Cherry's Sports Grill.
