The average homeowner in Port Colborne can expect a one-percent tax increase next year.
The City has approved a $5.2-million capital budget for 2021.
Some of the big projects for next year include roof repairs for the Vale Health and Wellness Centre and replacing the multi-use trail to Dain City.
The budget is also going to fund an Infrastructure Needs Assessment for water, waste-water and roads.
Council will discuss the operational budget on Wednesday October 21st.
