Police surrounded a house in Grimsby on Tuesday following an argument between two men.
The initial call to police concerned threats that were made in the Terrace Drive and Koornneef Court area.
They say one man left the area, and returned minutes later with a gun, and then returned to his house which was nearby.
As police surrounded the house, the man walked out and surrendered peacefully.
Police say 30-year old Lucas Tollis of Grimsby is charged with uttering threats, and possession of a weapon.
A search of the house revealed 5 guns.
The suspect had a bail hearing the next day.
