UPDATE: St. Catharines Woman Reported Missing Found Safe

Police say Amanda Young has been found safe.

UPDATE - September 9th

The NRP says Amanda Young has been found and is safe. 

Police are thanking the public and the media for their assistance in the matter.

 

ORIGINAL STORY - September 8th

The NRP is asking for the public's help to find a missing St. Catharines woman. 

Police say 42 year old Amanda Young is believed to live a transient lifestyle and may be in the Niagara Region or Greater Toronto Area. 

Investigators say all available means of locating Amanda have been exhausted. 

She is described as follows: 

  • Female
  • White
  • 42 Years
  • Approximately 80lbs
  • Thin build
  • Brown hair

Both the police and her family are concerned for her safety.
