Police say Victoria Bailey has been found safe.

The NRP is asking for your help to find a missing St. Catharines woman.
61 year old Victoria Bailey was last seen on August 28th in the area of Eastchester Avenue near Mitchell Street.
Both the police and her family are concerned for her safety.
Victoria is described as follows:
- Female
- White
- 61 Years
- 5’3" Tall
- Heavy Build
- Shoulder Length Brown Hair
- Blue Eyes
- Wears Glasses
