Police are looking for two suspects after the hunt for a wanted woman led to a dangerous driving incident
Police are asking for help finding two suspects after a dangerous driving incident in Fort Erie.
Yesterday, police located a Ford Mustang linked to Zeanka Havtur, who was wanted for break and enter charges.
Police say a man was driving the vehicle on Garrison Road near Kraft Road and Havtur was in the passenger seat.
The vehicle stopped at a plaza and police ordered the pair out.
The driver accelerated, and jumped a cement parking curb before going over a hill, sidewalk and onto the road.
Police have identified the driver as 38 year old Collin Todd of Port Perry.
Todd is wanted for the following charges:
- Obstruct Police
- Fight from Police
- Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle
Meanwhile, 29 year old Zeanka Havtur of no fixed address is wanted for the following charges:
- Break Enter and Commit
- Theft of Motor Vehicle
- Possession of Stolen Property Over $5000
- Fail to Comply with Release Order (3 Counts)
Investigators believe the pair are together, and anyone with information is asked to call Niagara Regional Police at 905-688-4111, option 3, extension 1009339.
