Joel Mills hadn't been seen since September 6th
A tragic end to the search for a missing Niagara Falls man.
Niagara Regional Police say 31 year old Joel Mills has been found dead.
He was last seen on September 6th in the Jepson Street area.
Police say foul play is not suspected.
No further details will be released.
