They say Cyril Monteiro was last seen yesterday

Police say he has been found, as is safe.

They're thanking everyone for their help find Cyril.

Original Story:

A missing 12-year old boy is the subject of a search by the NRP.

They say Cyril Monteiro was last seen yesterday afternoon at around 3, in the First Avenue and Rice Road area of Welland.

Police believe he is getting around on foot.

He is white, slender build, 5'3, with dirty blonde straight shoulder length hair, last seen wearing black sweatshirt and pants, white shoes and carrying a blue/green backpack.
