Police Looking for Grimsby Shooting Suspect

They say a man was shot at the Niagara Gateway Information Centre

Some scary moments for anyone at or near the Niagara Gateway Information Centre in Grimsby late yesterday afternoon.

Police responded to reports of a shooting, and when they got there found a man had been shot, suffering from serious but non life threatening injuries.

He was taken to an out of region hospital.

Police also found the suspect took off before they got there, and, they believe this was a targeted shooting, therefore they don't believe there's an on-going risk to public safety.
