UPDATE: Police have charged a 19-year-old Welland man with accessory after the fact.
The investigation continues and anyone with information should contact the NRP.
No one was hurt after a drive-by BB gun shooting in Welland.
The NRP say someone in a silver mini-van opened fire on a group of teenagers in the Colbeck Drive and Storm Court area on Tuesday August 25th.
They shattered the rear window of a parked car.
Police believe there were three people inside the van at the time.
They believe a black man was sitting in the passenger seat.
He's about 18-years-old and he has curly black or brown hair.
Officers also believe the passenger in the backseat was also a black man with dreadlocks.
They did not get a description of the driver.
The van was a older model Pontiac Montana with a missing hubcap on the front drivers side.
Anyone with information should contact the NRP.
