42 year old suspect arrested in Niagara Falls
Police have made an arrest in connection with several residential break and enters in Niagara Falls.
Justin Ambursley was arrested after police began an investigation into breaks ins at several homes, condominiums and apartments.
Police say the arrests came after a suspect was observed picking door locks to gain entry to individual units at a multi unit residential building.
Detectives then were granted a search warrant to his residence in the area of Buckley Avenue and Crawford Place.
Once inside, police say they discovered evidence linked to break and enters in the city dating back to March 2020.
They also seized a set of brass knuckles.
Ambursley is charged with 8 counts of break and enter, possession of a prohibited weapon and failing to comply with a release order.
