They found almost $11,000 in illicit psilocybin pills and related items, Ridgeway man charged
Police have busted open the illicit sale of psilocybin pills at a store in Welland.
They began an investigation earlier this month of the distribution of the pills from an illicit store, Fun Guyz, on East Main Street.
Yesterday police searched the building, and found:
- Psilocybin tablets
- Pre-Packaged Psilocybin edibles
- Pre-Packaged Psilocybin
- Value of the seized property is $10,850.00
38-year old Kyle Von Ryan of Ridgeway is charged:
- Possession of a Schedule III Substance (Psilocybin) for the Purpose of Trafficking
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000.00.
He was released from custody, with a future court date.
