NRP have charged the suspect with sexual assault, saying he met a 15-year old girl online
A 25-year old London man has been charged with sexual assault against a teenager, and police are releasing his picture hoping other potential victims come forward.
NRP say in August of 2023, a 15-year old girl met the man on the internet, on Snapchat, with usernames jack.ishere and jack.ou.
Police say the suspect arranged to meet her in person, along with some cannabis.
The suspect traveled to Welland, where the girl was sexually assaulted in a dark car the suspect was driving.
Police say the suspect, Saad Jalal Ismail Aldakhi, turned himself in today to Niagara regional police. He was charged with:
- Sexual Assault
- Sexual Interference
He had a bail hearing today.
Police believe there may be more victims in Niagara and the Toronto area.
