The passenger in the crash on the 405 has died in hospital.
The OPP says 74-year-old Gilbert Dunk of Burlington was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries on Wednesday afternoon.
The single vehicle crash happened in the U.S. bound lanes at the Queenston-Lewiston bridge.
Seventy-three-year-old Alan Ashton of Burlington was driving the vehicle.
He was also killed.
Police are sending their condolences to the victims families.
