Good news for Welland couples looking to tie the knot.
The City is welcoming outdoor weddings at Civic Square.
Last year, a Shade View Gazebo was installed along the waterfront behind City Square.
With Ontario entering the first step of the re-opening plan, ten people will be allowed at the gazebo for marriage ceremonies.
