An open house is being held for the St. Catharines GO station.
The event is being hosted by the Niagara Region and the City of St. Catharines.
The open house will provide information about upcoming changes that will impact the station, including upgrades and new routes.
The event will take place on March 30th at 6:30 at Ridley College.
Upcoming projects include the following:
- St. Paul Street West (RR 81) CN Rail Bridge replacement
- Ridley Road reconstruction (Louth to Henrietta)
- Louth Street Environmental Assessment
- New GO Station access road (Ridley to Station)
- GO Station site redevelopment
During this transition, detours will be put in place to divert traffic (including buses) from residential neighbourhoods.
