Christine Elliott says they are just waiting for guidance from Ottawa on potentially extending the time between the first and second doses of the Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna vaccines
She says extending the gap to four months would make a ``considerable'' difference in the vaccine rollout.
As for the Oxford-AstraZeneca shot, she says since there's limited data on its effectiveness in older populations, seniors won't receive it in Ontario
