Officials confirming 1,106 hospital patients with COVID-19, 49 percent of which being admitted due to the virus.
The province is reporting 1,425 new COVID-19 cases today.
There are also 19 new deaths.
Yesterday, 15,692 tests were completed.
Currently, there are 1,106 patients hospitalized with the virus, 51 percent having COVID despite being admitted for other reasons.
As well, there are 319 ICU patients battling COVID 19, with 77.5 percent admitted due to the virus.
To date, over 31.5 million vaccinations have been administered.
About 92.5 percent of Ontarians 12 and older have one shot and 90.4 percent have two.
319 people are in ICU with #COVID19. 77.5% of patients admitted to the ICU were admitted for COVID-19 and 22.5% were admitted for other reasons but have tested positive for COVID-19.
