One man was seriously hurt following a house fire in Welland.
He was able to escape the burning home in the Clare and Sharon Ave area with one other person Friday night.
Police say the man was taken to an out of region hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The Ontario Fire Marshall has been called in to investigate.
