The NRP have laid charges against one person after this weekend's anti-lockdown rally in Niagara Falls.
Forty-three year old Alicia Hirter of St. Catharines is facing charges related to nuisance and endangering the safety of the public.
Hirter is the owner of a hair salon in St. Catharines that gained attention for re-opening as a production and film studio during the January lockdown.
A court date has been scheduled, and police warn that further charges against attendees are pending.
The protest attracted hundreds of mostly maskless people, and it's the second recent protest in Niagara.
