The person was charged with driving while disqualified.
NRP officers conducted the R.I.D.E check points yesterday in St. Catharines and Fort Erie.
About 800 cars were stopped, and 18 breathalyzer tests were issued.
Police also issued eleven Provincial Offence Notices for other infractions, including driving while under suspension and using improper license plates.
The NRP reminds you that impaired driving is the leading criminal offence causing deaths in the country.
