Public Health providing link to make it easy
In an effort to encourage all eligible Niagarans to roll up their sleeves, Public Health is reminding residents that not having a new health card should not stop them from getting a shot.
Public Health noting you can still get the COVID-19 vaccine even if you have the old red and white health card.
All you have to do to book an appointment is fill out the COVID-19 NO Health Card form.
