Police say a 42-year old man suffered a laceration to his upper torso
A 19-year old man from Bliss, New York has been charged with assault after another man was hurt in Niagara Falls.
Police say they were called to the Ferry and Temperance Avenue area early Saturday morning, to find a 42-year old man suffering from a significant wound to his upper torso.
He was taken to hospital, and is listed in stable condition.
Police believe the injury happened as a result of the suspect pinning the victim against a sharp edge in an iron fence.
Police add the suspect was soon caught, charged with aggravated assault, and made an appearance in bail court over the weekend.
