Tickets and warnings issued for speeding and stop sign offences
Police in Niagara are reminding drivers to keep crosswalk safety in mind.
Yesterday morning, officers joined crossing guards at fifteen high traffic spots in St. Catharines and Thorold.
Officers did stop a few vehicles, and two tickets and two warnings were issued for speeding and stop sign offences.
A school employees received a warning for a stop sign offence in front of their own school.
Police are reminding drivers to slow down and drive with caution in school zones and near crosswalks.
