NRP Searching for Missing Man

NRP asking for our help locating a missing 26 year old man last seen in St. Catharines.

Todd LaChapelle-O'Neill was last seen January 20th in the area of Glenridge Avenue and Riverview Boulevard.

Police say he possibly has a backpack and was believed to be travelling on foot.

He sometimes uses a cane or walking stick.

Police and his family are concerned for his welfare.

Anyone with information regarding the location of Todd is asked to contact the Niagara Regional Police Service dispatch at (905) 688-4111, extension 1024325.
