The NRP is investigating a report of a suspicious person in Niagara Falls.
Around 8:45 on Wednesday morning, a 15 year old girl was walking to her school bus stop near Cattell Drive and Regan Drive.
An unknown man in a vehicle pulled up beside her and asked if she wanted a ride.
She declined and the car drove away, but parked at a location further down the street.
There was no further contact between the pair.
The man is described as white, about 50 to 60 years old and with a deep raspy voice.
He was wearing a black puffy jacket, a black baseball hat and a black 'covid' mask.
The car is described as a black four-door sedan, similar to an older model Toyota Corolla.
It has dark tinted window, rusted black rims and/or rusted wheel well, a dark license plate cover and peeling paint/clear coat.
There are no grounds to believe any criminal activity occurred, but the police want to identify the man and determine his intentions.
Anyone with information on the case is asked to call detectives at 905-688-4111, extension 1009677.
