Charges have been laid after the NRP used closed circuit cameras to investigate a stabbing in St. Catharines.
A 28-year-old woman was found with non-life threatening injuries at a home in the Niagara and North Street area this morning.
While reviewing the video footage, officers spotted two people escaping out a second story window and climbing onto the roof.
One of them eventually tried to climb back into the home and that's when they were arrested by the NRP.
A 31-year-old woman has been charged with assault with a weapon.
The second person on the roof was not arrested.
