UPDATE: The NRP is still trying to track down the man involved.
Officers believe he may have been driving an older model blue or turquoise Chevrolet van at the time of the incident.

Police would like to identify a man, who spoke with a 12-year-old boy in the Welland Food Basics parking lot.
They allegedly had a brief conversation yesterday morning.
The boy had cut through the Thorold Road parking lot on his way to Gordon Public School.
There was no physical contact between the two and police have not determined if a criminal offence occurred at this time.
Police would like to speak with this man.
He's described as a black man, standing at about 5'10" with a medium build, brown scruffy facial hair and long brown dreadlocks.
He's believed to be between 25 and 35-years-old.
He was wearing a black waist length coat with a hood, a white shirt, grey jogging pants and brown work boots at the time.
