UPDATE 3: The NRP has arrested and charged two people with second degree murder.
One is a 39-year-old man from Wellandport and the other man is 49-years-old with no fixed address.
Officers are still searching for a black Ford Expedition in the 2007 to 2014 model year.

UPDATE 2: The NRP is looking for witnesses as it continues to investigate the death of 74-year-old Earl Clapp in Pelham.
Officers would like to speak with anyone who was driving down the stretch of Highway 20 from Balfour Street to Cream Street between 2:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m.
UPDATE 1: Police have identified the elderly man as 74-year-old Earl Clapp of Pelham.
Officers believe he was hit by a vehicle and dragged behind it after he caught someone trying to break into one of his trailers on Centre Street.
