Police were patrolling the Ontario and Queen Street area yesterday morning, when they pulled an e-bike over just before 9.
They found the man driving it was wanted on a warrant, and say he had some illegal drugs.
Police have charged 54-year old Gordon Collucci of Niagara Falls with driving under suspension, and possession for the purpose of trafficking.
He was held in custody, pending a bail hearing today in St. Catharines.
