The Special Investigations Unit has found no reason to charge the NRP following an incident in Niagara Falls.
A 39-year-old woman fell and hit her head in the parking lot of a townhouse complex on Preakness Street back in June.
The SIU says she was drunk and she wouldn't cooperate with paramedics so police were called in for backup.
She ran away after the officers arrived and wound up falling again.
That's when she fractured her left knee and she was taken to hospital.
