The SIU will not be charging the NRP after a fatal police shooting in the Garden City.
Officers confronted a 56-year-old man outside his home on Rykert Street on December 31st 2019.
He was armed with a knife and refused to drop it when officers told him to.
The man was shot several times and he died in hospital the next day.
