With vaccination appointments booked up in Niagara, local residents are now looking outside the area to get their shot.
The CBC reporting some locals are booking spots in Hamilton.
According to posts on social media people are bragging they managed to snag spots for a shot in areas outside of Niagara
A spokesperson for Niagara Public Health confirms the provincial booking portal allows people to book appointments anywhere in the province
Health officials tell the news agency more spots are expected to open up in Niagara between April 20 to May 7, pending confirmation from the Ministry of Health.
The officials say appointments availability is based on the vaccine supply.
