Niagara Reports 15 New Cases and One New Death

We have 15 new cases of COVID-19 in Niagara and another person has died.

Public Health says we now have 66 active cases of the virus and our death toll has risen to 68.

We also have five active outbreaks in effect including a new outbreak at Rapelje Lodge in Welland.

Most of our active cases are in Grimsby followed by Niagara Falls, St. Catharines and Welland.

Wainfleet is still the only municipality without any active cases of the virus.

Four people are currently being treated for the virus in our local Niagara Health hospitals.
