Environment Canada has weather and travel advisories, expect some school bus delays

The Niagara region receiving a few cms overnight, and Environment Canada still has a weather and travel advisory for the region.
It also extends to Hamilton, Kingston, Cornwall and Ottawa.
As much as 10cms could fall through the day, with wind gusts to 50kms/hour.
Temperature will hover around -2, but it'll feel like -9.
No school or bus cancellations reported from Student Transportation Services, but the service says to expect some delays.
