Niagara Public Health Warns of Glitch in Online Booking System

Some headaches for Niagara residents attempting to book a COVID-19 shot online.

Niagara Public Health is warning of a glitch with the province's appointment booking system.

Hey #Niagara. We’re aware of a situation with the Provincial booking system, where residents are unable to book appointments into Niagara clinics. We’re working with @ONThealth on a solution and hope it will be resolved soon.

Effective Monday, people 75 and older can book an appointment for an inoculation.

At the moment, people 80 and older can call 1-888-999-6488 or click here to schedule an appointment.
