Parents in Niagara are being asked to make sure their kids are up to date on their necessary vaccinations before heading back to school.
Niagara Region Public Health says clinics are being held for students in grades 7 to 12 who are behind on their necessary shots.
All grade 7 students can get free vaccinations for Hepatitis B, Meningitis and HPV.
Students who missed their opportunity to receive the grade 7 shots may still be eligible for missed doses.
Public Health says most families who are behind on shots have been sent a letter.
Meanwhile, all students are required to be vaccinated against certain diseases like diptheria, measles and mumps.
