UPDATE: Missing Niagara-on-the-Lake Woman Found Safe

Missing woman found safe.

Police confirm Soopere has been found and is safe.

The NRP wishes to thank the public for their assistance.

Police are asking for the public's help to find a missing 81 year old woman from Niagara-on-the-Lake.

Uver Soopere was last seen around 10:45 this morning near the intersection of Wellington and Ricardo Street, and is believed to be on foot.

She's described as a white female with grey shoulder length hair in 2 braids.

She was last seen wearing grey/green pants, a blue scarf around her neck and an off white t-shirt with a symbol on the back.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call the NRP at (905) 688-4111, dial option 3, ext. 1024235.
