Niagara Health is asking patients and visitors to screen for COVID-19 symptoms before going to the hospital.
Patients are asked to let physicians on the day of their appointment if they have symptoms.
Visitors with symptoms are asked to reschedule for another time.
Patients and visitors can fill out the online form on Niagara Health's website before entering the hospital.
As well, anyone entering the hospital will need to wear a mask at all times.
