For the third year in a row, Niagara Health has been named one of the Top Employers in Hamilton-Niagara.
The distinction was awarded to them by the editors of Canada's Top Employers.
Niagara Health President Lynn Guerriro is proud of her team, saying that "each day they go above and beyond to make a positive difference in the lives of our patients and their families. And that has never been more evident than how they have responded to the COVID-19 pandemic."
Niagara Health was recognized in large part for having a caring culture.
This year, their Workplace Acts of Kindness challenge brought in over 40,000 acts of kindness.
