Starting today at noon, only certain people in these units will be allowed visitors or support people.
The people include patients who are near the end of their live, in life altering conditions, or experiencing a mental health crisis.
Vulnerable people, such as children, people with language impairments, or those who are cognitive or developmentally delayed will also be able to have visitors or support personnel.
Patients and visitors/support people will be screened for COVID-19 as per Niagara Health guidelines, and all visitors must wear a mask properly for the entire duration of their visit.
