Niagara Regional Police are looking for a suspect after a shooting in Niagara Falls.
A man is in serious condition in hospital following an overnight shooting in Niagara Falls.
Just after 1:30 this morning, police were called to the area of Summer Street near Main Street.
A man in his 20s was found lying on the street with multiple gunshot wounds.
He was treated by Niagara EMS before being taken to a local hospital.
He was later taken to an out of region trauma centre.
Police say a possible black SUV and a possible black sedan were seen speeding away from the area.
There is still an increased police presence in the area, and detectives believe this was not a random incident.
Nearby residents and businesses with CCTV or dash cameras are asked to check their footage for suspicious activity between 12:30 and 1:38 this morning.
